Our Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Group provides financial advice to a diverse range of public and private sector clients involved in building, owning and operating essential service infrastructure. With teams located in North America, Europe and Australia, we offer clients insightful advice, bring a competitive advantage on funding solutions, and assist in navigating complex investment decisions. We provide a full suite of buy and sell-side M&A, capital structure and government advisory, equity and debt capital raising, lending and syndication.
What will you do?
The Analyst will be responsible for, among other duties, the following:
•Performing financial modeling and analysis
•Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and deal documents
•Participating in internal and external meetings
•Producing industry and company-specific research and analysis
•Maintaining and updating various energy infrastructure and market databases

What do you need to succeed? Must have:
•Completed a university undergraduate degree and have or working towards a graduate level program such as CFA or MBA
•Minimum of one year of finance, accounting or previous experience in the power, utilities and infrastructure space
•Track record of outstanding academic achievement
•A self-starter and strong team player with ability to work well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills
•Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are a must
•High regard for detail and accuracy
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
