What We Do:
Finance at CBRE works hand in hand with the business segments to establish the financial goals and achieve the strategic finance targets for the client and CBRE.
Finance team members manage the following processes: budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and month end close & reporting. In addition to managing processes, finance team members act as trusted advisors within CBRE and leverage the data to tell the story. Our Finance team members manage special projects and prepare presentations for senior management and clients.
What We Look For:
We value individuals with a strong knowledge of financial terms and principles, and the ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Positions within Finance conduct complex financial/business analysis, including the preparation of complex reports, broad, in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and concepts.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations, leveraging analytical and quantitative skills with experience in developing strategic solutions. A desire to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team, drawing upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
